On May 7–8, 2026, a planned system outage of The Gym / Form Factory will take place.
Schedule:
- May 7 from 6:00 PM to May 8 until 12:00 PM
What does this mean:
- the app and online services will be temporarily unavailable
- class bookings via the app will not be available during this time, so please book your class in advance
- membership purchases on the website and online payments will not be possible
- instalments cannot be paid during this time
- sales of products and memberships at receptions will continue, but payments will only be possible by card
Access to the club will remain unaffected and group classes will run as usual.
